A few days ago it was my birthday and my Mom sent me flowers. There are 20 of these beautiful iris flowers and they are so pretty. This photo was taken on Friday almost a full week since they arrived and are still so pretty.I feel so gr8ful that I am loved by my Mom and other people in my life. I look at these flowers with the fun balloon and it reminds me that I am loved. We all really need to remember that each one of us is loved by someone or lots of someones. Even if we don't think that we are, we are.

I think that even just the smallest act of kindness can have a profound effect on someone and we won't ever realize that what we did, or said made someone think of us in such a way, but it happens, probably way more than we can imagine.
Sometimes people just don't say so or even know how to form the words to express how they feel but we are all loved. It really can be a comfort to know that and really feel it.
I would bet that everyone loves at least one someone else, now we just have to feel that love for ourselves too. And as the old L'Oreal commercials used to say I'm worth it!
